The teacher acts as a guide and facilitator for child learning through child centered pedagogy. All the planning is done keeping in mind the children, their type of learning abilities, their previous knowledge, related activities, etc such that learning becomes a joy for the children.
Interactive Mode:
In this method the child is given a platform to reason out the validity of new information through hands on activities to felicitate learning by doing. Once we are convinced about the purpose conceptual understanding of theory with practical approach and co relating theory with real life. This happens through discussions, group projects and other peer based activities.
Individualized Mode:
Every child needs his space and time to expand his or her potential. JPS Academy understands the specific needs of its students and provides them instructions especially designed for them. This happens through independent project work, simulations, IT skills and computer generated project instructions. Such a setup ensures that the children can learn at their own pace through technological advancement.
Play way Method:
This is an ideal blend of sports, academics, library, computers, music, art, etc. This is a stress free learning environment for children. Through songs, stories, audio-visual aids, toys, games the student learns very important concepts in a fun filled manner. As the child moves to primary classes, there is a gradual shift towards academics, written work and textbooks learning.
