Admission Procedure

Admission takes place in the month of March/April every year. Registration for admission to all grades commences from 1st Feb. every year. The new session begins from the first week of April for grades First onwards. Age requirement for students seeking admission to First is five years plus as on 1st April of the year in which admission sought.

  • 1. The minimum age for admission to First is five years plus on first April. The school also sets a maximum age for each standard. Registration and admission forms are available at the school counter on payment of prescribed fee.
  • 2. Registration does not guarantee admission. New admission is made subject to the availability of vacancies in each class in the month of March after the declaration of the annual results.
  • 3. A candidate seeking admission to classes will have to bring a school leaving certificate from the school last attended along with the: Progress Report and a character certificate. He/She has to appear for an entrance test to prove his/her capabilities.
  • 4. A student seeking admission must bring the original municipal birth certificate. The date of birth entered at the time of admission will not be altered.
  • 5. If a child is found fit for admission, the guardians must deposit the prescribed dues and other funds in time.
  • 6. If a parent/guardian decides not to send his ward to school after the fee has been deposited, the amount deposited will not be refunded in any case.
