COVID 19 Free Zone Post Lockdown Measures

  • Daily Temperature checks of each employee, visitor and kids.
  • Frequent sanitization of building.
  • Ensures safe team of cleaners, gardeners, drivers, conductors security.
  • Use of mask, hand sanitizers, gloves, caps, face shields by concerned employees.
  • Arogya Setu app mandatory for all employees.
  • Information posters, helpline numbers, tips and guidelines on COVID 19 safety placed all around.
  • Isolate COVID 19 Belt & zone for suspected corona cases for immediate action when required.
  • Sanitizing Tunner at the main gate for all to move through before entering the campus.
  • Visitors advised for social distancing, face mask, gloves and thermal screening before entering.
  • Any employee/kid feeling unwell are sent home.
  • Those kids staying home or prefer to stay home are given provision for online classes.
  • Teachers on home quarantine have provision to teach their kids through online mode.
  • Social Distancing in class is maintained as the class strength is limited to not more than 20 per section.
  • Each Child will be allowed to sit separately on single desk with face shield /mask.
  • Notebook for classwork will be kept in class while for Homework will remain at home. Pictures of all home tasks has to be sent online to respective subject teachers for correction.
  • Recess timing separately for each class/section.
  • Vigilance cameras to monitor the activities at each and every corner.
  • Group activities to be curtailed and Individual activities (Sports, Co-Scholastic & Scholastic) will be preferred.
  • Training & Guidelines for teachers and employees before opening school for kids.
  • Initial days, kids will be trained and made aware of COVID 19 and prepare guidelines and rules for it.
  • A COVID 19 monitor to be appointed to check who do not follow the rules and inform their teachers.
  • Due to Lockdown Period, the syllabus covered through online classes will be revised or taught again to strengthen their basic concepts.
  • Groupism, sharing of meals, water, Pen/Pencil, exchange of books, assignments etc will be strictly prohibited.
  • Birthday Celebrations, assemblies, seminars, annual events, sports events where gathering of more than 15 kids will not be organised for this complete session.
  • Similarly Towns/ Trips/ Visits/ Excursions will not be planned in this session.
  • Small kid will be guided/escorted till washroom to give practice of handwash on regular basis and taught personal hygiene.
  • Staff Members will not be permitted to assemble in groups to follow social distancing.
  • The School Calender will be designed to meet the requirements as per the present situation.
  • The Curriculum will be –
  • Reduced by 30% by deleting few topics/units as per CBSE Guidelines.
  • Redefined to replace Group Activities with allumination.
  • The assessments to be shifted by 1-2 months ahead in academic session.
  • Students awaiting Transport facility will be –
  • Made to sit with social distancing, leaving one seat unoccupied.
  • Employees will be wearing gloves, mask & Caps who will be handling kids.
  • For withdraw or change of bus route parents will have to apply through school email.
  • Mode of payment will be through online. No cash exchange is allowed.

Advisory for Parents

  • Although Govt. is likely to float orders to open schools in the month of July, however is you feel it is unsafe for your kid, we have a provision to educate your ward through online classes from the school by our teachers.
  • While sending your ward to school, make sure the ward is wearing face mask and sanitized.
  • Escort your ward till bus stand/school gate yourself.
  • You may view the activities of your ward at school through mobile.
  • Be in close communication with the teachers for all updates related to your ward.
  • Supervise your ward in their home task and permit them to scan the home task & send to their respective teachers. (You can also do it in case your ward is small).
  • Send home made health, tiffin to keep his immunity level high.
  • Reach the bus stop/ school gate before dispersal timings for safety reasons.
  • Ask the child to have bath, change clothes before he/she indulges in any work or with anyone at home.
  • Regularly update your ward about COVID 19 safety.
  • Incase he/she is unwell please do not send him her to school. But do inform school through mail or text message to calling.

Child safety is our top priority. Freedom from Corona can be achieved by undertaking responsibility and mutual understanding.
